Word-level spelling of children with dyslexia and developmental language disorder

چکیده

Veel kinderen met dyslexie en een taalontwikkelingsstoornis (TOS) hebben moeite spellen. Het is niet bekend of deze problemen hetzelfde zijn voor beide groepen,omdat er weinig directe spellingvergelijkingen tussen twee groepen gemaakt. In studie vergeleken we de woorddictee-uitkomsten foutenpatronen van (leeftijdsrange 8.2-10.4 jaar) (n=31), TOS (n=30) leeftijdsgematchtecontrolegroep (n=31). Daarnaast verdeelden TOS-groep in leesproblemen (TOS+LP, n=18) zonder (alleen-TOS, n=12). Tot slot voerden regressieanalyses uit om te bepalen welke taal- lees(gerelateerde) vaardigheden invloed op spellingsuitkomsten.Zowel dyslexie- als vertoonden spellingproblemen. Deze waren het meest uitgesproken TOS+LP-groep. Wat betreft foutsoorten maakten dyslexieenTOS-groepen meer fouten alle categorieën dan controlegroep. De dyslexie, alleen-TOS TOS+LP-groepen lieten eenzelfde patroon zien wat spellen woorden foneem-grafeemassociaties die helemaal klankzuiver (gauw *gouw), waarin fonologie-orthografie-en morfologie moeten worden gecombineerd (pittig *pitteg) regelwoorden (metro *meetro). dyslexieen ook klankzuivere foneemgrafeemkoppelingen(boek *beok) orthografische kennis (leenwoorden). sterke bijdrage woordlezen snelbenoemen aan woordspelling. Regressieanalyses beperkte spellingsuitkomsten.Deze resultaten bevestigen dat spellingprobemen hebben, zeker TOS+LP. Ze wijzen naar belangrijke woordleesvaardigheiden spellen, beperktere morfologie.
 Samen geven ze noodzaak weer systematisch spellingonderwijs ondersteuning TOS, alsook belang mondelinge taalondersteuning.Trefwoorden: Spelling, Dyslexie, Taalontwikkelingsstoornis, Lezen, Taal.
